Coding with R/python,
Hypothesis testing, Linear or non-linear modeling,
Use of advanced kinetic modeling for stability analysis,
Implementation of supervised or unsupervised Machine learning algorithms to biosimilar CMC development,
Report to supervisor and follow plan,
Presentations to scientists,
Ensure data integrity management,
Apply guidelines and procedures, and understand biosimilar development,
Bibliography and literature on the topic,
Familiarization with relevant guidance.
May include:
Statistical support to the labs (Design of experiments, method qualification, tech transfer),
Support to daily CMC statistical activities.
Education: Student at master level in either a master’s program or equivalent in statistics, biostatistics or datascience,
Languages: English oral and written, French would be an asset,
Knowledge of biotech / pharma and high-level drug development process is a plus, or high interest in scientific area,
Knowledge of commonly used statistical methods:
Anova with fixed or random effects, linear regression and ancova,
Non-linear models,
R programming,
Knowledge in Machine learning and model selection.
Team player, interest to interact with scientists,
Proactive and flexible mindset,
Autonomous,
Good communication and presentation skills,
Skills with MS Office.
