CMC Statistics Intern

MAIN TASKS:

• Coding with R/python,

• Hypothesis testing, Linear or non-linear modeling,

• Use of advanced kinetic modeling for stability analysis,

• Implementation of supervised or unsupervised Machine learning algorithms to biosimilar CMC development,

• Report to supervisor and follow plan,

• Presentations to scientists,

• Ensure data integrity management,

• Apply guidelines and procedures, and understand biosimilar development,

• Bibliography and literature on the topic,

• Familiarization with relevant guidance.

Other Tasks

May include:

• Statistical support to the labs (Design of experiments, method qualification, tech transfer),

• Support to daily CMC statistical activities.

QUALIFICATION PROFILE:

Education & Languages:

• Education: Student at master level in either a master’s program or equivalent in statistics, biostatistics or datascience,

• Languages: English oral and written, French would be an asset,

• Knowledge of biotech / pharma and high-level drug development process is a plus, or high interest in scientific area,

• Knowledge of commonly used statistical methods:

  • Anova with fixed or random effects, linear regression and ancova,

  • Non-linear models,

• R programming,

• Knowledge in Machine learning and model selection.
