For the outpatient clinic of the Clinic for Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden we are looking for you as a full-time

Outpatient Employee (m/f/d)

• Assistance as well as preparation and follow-up for gynaecological or obstetric examinations in the outpatient clinic
• Organizing, scheduling and coordinating investigations
• Blood samples
• Patient admission to the outpatient clinic
• Documentation of outpatient services, administration of patient records
• Computer-aided administrative and secretarial tasks

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
• Confident knowledge of the PC application (MS Office package)
• Independent, patient-oriented and responsible way of working
• Willingness to undergo further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
