To strengthen our team at the Northeim site, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Case Management Assistant - Case Management & Performance Analysis (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Independent case management of patients over the entire course of treatment - from admission to discharge
• Interface coordination between medical, nursing and social areas to ensure needs-based and efficient care
• Carrying out evaluations and data analyses and preparing relevant information for presentations and decision papers
• Using tools such as SAP, QlikView and common Office products to analyze data and present results
• Analysis and control of medical services to optimize treatment processes and use of resources
• Supporting the improvement of documentation quality and coding quality in close cooperation with medical staff
• Participation in the optimization of clinical processes, taking into account economic, qualitative and patient-oriented aspects
• Acting as an interface for external audits, particularly in the context of MDK/medical controlling processes
• A collegial working environment with a committed, multi-professional team

• Already completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) / nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• You have commitment, the ability to work in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various specialties (an advantage)
• You have good IT skills
• Good knowledge of practice organization, preferably across disciplines
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
