Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) Project Controlling/Project Management

To strengthen our team in Erfurt, we are looking for a part-time Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) in Project Controlling / Project Management with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

• Commercial management of construction projects in cooperation with project management
• Commercial order and supplement management
• Support with budgeting and cost control of construction projects
• Checking and recording incoming invoices and tracking relevant budgets, invoice processing
• Control of receivables, payments, liquidity and guarantee management
• Preparation of where-used lists for the use of subsidies

What you need:

• Commercial training, preferably with experience in construction controlling
• Several years of professional experience desirable
• Good MS Office skills
• Competencies in an accounting and calculation program (preferably ORCA) are desirable
• Initiative, motivation and an independent way of working
• Confident, confident appearance, ability to work in a team, organizational talent
• Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking
