We are looking for you at Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig for the two-year training as a nursing assistant / nursing assistant (m/f/d) starting on 01.08.2026.

• They support nursing staff in the care and support of patients
• You will learn to control vital parameters (including measurement of pulse, temperature, blood pressure)
• You will assist the nursing staff in carrying out medical orders and support the documentation and organization
• They support the admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• They accompany patients to examinations and treatments
• You will work closely and across disciplines with other professional groups

• You have a school-leaving certificate (e.g. Hauptschulabschluss)
• The motivation to develop together with us in 2 years of training and to work with us as a team
• You have empathy, reliability and a sense of responsibility
• You are a team player and able to communicate
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An attractive training allowance according to the company collective agreement - you do not have to pay school fees
• A permanent employment contract after successfully completing training at the Leipzig Heart Center or the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig
• In addition to numerous further training courses offered by our in-house training centre, a successful completion also enables you to train as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

How does the training work?

The training lasts two years and is divided into theory and practice. You will complete the practical training in the care areas of our clinic and at our partner companies in inpatient and outpatient long-term care. The theoretical training takes place either in our own Helios vocational school or in the VMKB school in Leipzig. You will receive an apprenticeship allowance from us and you do not have to pay any school fees.
