Specialist for digitization (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Digitalization Specialist (m/f/d) for our Velbert location as soon as possible.

• Development and implementation of digitization strategies to optimize business processes and work processes
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of potential for improvement through digital technologies
• Project management and coordination of digitization projects as well as contact person for all aspects of the digitization project in Niederberg
• Collaboration with internal and external partners to implement digital solutions
• Knowledge transfer and employee training (nursing service, medical service, PTA, Medco, therapists)
• Creation of training documents and training plans for all professional groups involved
• Training and support for new employees/students during the introduction of new digital tools and processes, including live training sessions in various specialist areas and taking over nursing activities during live training sessions
• Production support and follow-up support on the wards/specialist areas PD/ED
• Ensuring data integrity and security in all digitalization projects
• Monitoring current trends and technologies in the field of digitalization and evaluating them for use in the company
• Creation of a failure concept
• Steering process topics within the company
• Creating communication structures and coordinating communication
• Communication between users - IT/product management
• Regular, active participation in management meetings as a presenter

• Several years of professional experience in the field of digitization, process optimization, IT project management are desirable
• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge in the application and implementation of digital technologies
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High degree of initiative and willingness to innovate
• Knowledge of data protection and IT security is an advantage
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
