We are looking for you at the Leipzig Heart Center at the earliest possible date as a Nursing Specialist / Healthcare and Nursing Assistant / Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)

in the function of

Digitalization Manager - Nursing (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for introducing, securing and continuously developing digital care processes and the cross-location electronic patient file (ePA)
• Your tasks will include the planning, management and implementation of digitization projects in the nursing area - from pilot projects to the integration of new documentation modules
• You will work closely with the IT department on technical development, customizing and support issues in day-to-day operations
• Your area of responsibility includes the planning and implementation of training courses and information events for employees and trainees
• You will be responsible for the development and introduction of digital monitoring and benchmarking tools for quality assurance and process optimization
• You will actively participate in interdisciplinary project and working groups as well as in external specialist committees for the further development of digital care and medication processes

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse / health and nursing professional (m/f/d) and ideally have professional experience in the IMC / ITS area as well as project management
• You are confident in using IT applications (Office package), clinical documentation systems and compiling statistics
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Your strengths include commitment and assertiveness, organizational talent
• You are willing to collaborate across professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
