To strengthen our team at the Clinic for Hematology and Oncology at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf , we are looking for you as a medical assistant (m/f/d) / secretary (m/f/d) as of 01.12.2025

• Independent organization and management of the medical secretariat
• Planning and coordination of appointments, if necessary in cooperation with other departments
• Independent processing and correspondence with administration, authorities and health insurance companies
• Processing inquiries about findings, coordinating and, if necessary, forwarding them to the relevant specialist departments
• Scheduling appointments for the head physician and senior physicians as well as organizing consultation hours, including supporting and advising patients and their accompanying persons
• Preparing invoices and maintaining data in the hospital information system

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Enthusiasm for the activities and the ability to work independently, systematically and carefully
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of reliability
• Familiarity with medical terminology, very good spelling skills and solid computer skills
• Commitment, adaptability, resilience and a sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
