In this central role within the HR Organizational Effectiveness and Group HR Relations team in the CFO area, you will act as a strategic partner and advisor to senior executives in the area of Group IT and Group Cybersecurity. You will drive transformative HR initiatives, align HR strategies with business objectives and promote a culture that reflects our core values and leadership principles. Your focus will be on shaping and implementing a future-oriented talent strategy and people agenda in a dynamic, global transformation environment.
You will act as a trusted sparring partner for the Group CIO and Group CISO and provide strategic advice in complex transformation contexts
Together with your clients, you will design the talent agenda and drive its implementation. You will also be responsible for the design and implementation of organizational designs and workforce planning
You accompany executives and their teams through cultural and organizational changes and use your coaching skills
You will develop innovative approaches to employee retention and experience in a global matrix environment
Analyze business results and derive future talent and competency development measures
You promote data-driven decision making through the use of people analytics and modern HR technologies
Lead global HR initiatives and programs and develop effective change management strategies
Successfully completed a Master's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in HR, business administration or psychology
At least 6 years of strategic HR experience in a global listed company with matrix structures; international experience is valued
Proven success in supporting complex transformation processes, especially in cultural and organizational contexts
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop innovative solutions in an agile environment, coupled with conceptual strength in creating new concepts tailored to business needs
Profound collaboration with senior executives and coaching of executives at top management level
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in German and English
High executive presence, combined with entrepreneurial thinking, a structured way of working and a focus on results
Deep understanding of modern HR technologies such as Workday and expertise in people analytics
