Cluster Management (m/f/d) Medical Technology

For our location in Überlingen, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Cluster Manager (m/f/d) for Medical Technology Schwarzwald-Bodensee to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Organization and implementation of the legal framework for
  Operation, maintenance and servicing of medical devices
• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of medical devices
• Personnel responsibility for the employees working at the sites
• Preparation of the clinic's business plans
• Project and cost controlling within the scope of activities
• Close cooperation with the clinic, regional management, external departments and partners

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in the field of medical technology or further training as a medical technician (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Professional experience in medical technology
• Knowledge of personnel management desirable
• Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Organizational skills
• Committed appearance and good communication skills
• High level of motivation, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel
