(Senior) Manager Operational Transfer Pricing (m/f/d)

Join our Subsidiary Management and Transfer Pricing team in the Corporate Finance division at Fresenius Kabi, based in Bad Homburg, Germany. In this role, you will play a key role in a dynamic, international environment, engaging in diverse and challenging projects. You'll collaborate with global teams to manage and optimize transfer pricing processes and contribute to the growth and development of Fresenius Kabi's finance function.

Your assignment

• Contribute to the execution and alignment of the global transfer pricing policy and other regulatory requirements (e. g. OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administrations, DEMPE concept) within the Operational Transfer Pricing team.

• Support projects aimed at improving and digitizing transfer pricing processes, including global initiatives such as the implementation of a Transfer Pricing software (SAP S/4HANA).

• Central calculation of tax adjustments for intercompany sales of goods and services, legal transfer prices, as well as communication and coordination of relevant activities with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution.

• Manage global transfer pricing governance processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy of responsibilities, and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations across the organization.

• Conduct global learning sessions to share best practices and ensure consistent knowledge within the team.

• Perform financial analysis of profit margins (actuals, forecasts, and budgets), collaborate with stakeholders to identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions aligned with local and global policies.

• Initiate the development, implementation and execution of documentation standards, including transactional matrices, to meet transfer pricing compliance.

• Support the implementation of new Research and Development processes from a transfer pricing perspective, ensuring alignment with Intellectual Property policies.

• Prepare management presentations and conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of global system data, performing regular checks on master data (e. g. IP Owner).

• Manage system administration, documentation, and change management processes related to transfer pricing and associated data.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Accounting & Controlling, FSE Corporate Tax, IT, Supply Chain, and other Business Units across all regions to ensure seamless integration and alignment of transfer pricing processes.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Law, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in tax, specifically in transfer pricing functions within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Exceptional communication skills in business fluent English, especially in contact with international and cross-functional stakeholders, German is a plus.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP BI/BW, experience with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA or other global end-to-end transfer pricing software solutions is advantageous.
