IT employee Service Desk (m/f/d)

at the Berlin-Buch location.

• Technical support: You are the first point of contact for our employees, remotely or on site, in the event of technical problems with the hardware and software used at the workstations (processing and solving support requests via the ticket system)
• Hardware management: you are responsible for managing hardware, including repairs
• Software administration: you install, configure and maintain software applications on the IT workstations
• User administration: you manage user accounts and groups in the Active Directory
• Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of IT systems

• Completed training in IT or comparable qualification
• Experience in technical support and administration of hardware and software
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructures, including a basic understanding of network architectures and their interrelationships
• Knowledge of Active Directory and ticket systems (preferably ServiceNow)
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• You can provide proof of immunization against measles
