Patient Service Center employee (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at the Hünfeld site, we are looking for you part-time (0.75 FTE) as a Patient Service Center employee (m/f/d)

• Patient admission for all specialist departments for outpatient admission (scheduling of treatment appointments for all specialties and attending physicians)
• Support and organization of all specialist departments and attending physicians, including mail processing of all chief physicians and senior physicians as well as scanning of findings
• Outpatient and inpatient surgery appointments for all specialties
• Responsibility for complaints management, including property damage
• Processing, compiling and sending MDK cases
• Revising BG documents, D-reports, progress reports, KD10 and supplementary forms and sending BG documents via DALE

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or other equivalent training
• Willingness to work collegially and interdisciplinary with other professional groups
• Patient-oriented and willingness to help
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, service orientation and communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Helios St. Elisabeth Klinik Hünfeld is an acute hospital with 158 beds. We care for our patients in the specialist areas of internal medicine with a palliative care unit, surgery, anesthesia/intensive care and in an inpatient department for ear, nose and throat medicine. Our clinic has been repeatedly certified as a local trauma center in the trauma network Hesse/East Hesse region. More than 8,000 inpatients are treated every year.
