Training as a nurse (m/f/d)

We are looking for you at Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig for the three-year generalist training course to become a nursing specialist (m/f/d) starting on 01.09.2025.

• During your three-year training, you will work in the various fields of nursing and be prepared for your professional role as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

• You will learn to recognize the care needs and emergency situations of your patients, to react appropriately and to participate in care measures
• We will teach you how to support people in need of care of all ages and how to plan and document their care process
• You will complete various practical assignments, e.g. in the various specialist areas of the hospital as well as in outpatient and inpatient long-term care areas
• You will receive regular practical guidance throughout your training and be well prepared for your final exams and subsequent employment

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma and at least two years of vocational training as a nursing assistant / geriatric nursing assistant (m/f/d)

• You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, empathy and reliability
• You have an interest in medical, nursing and social tasks
• You are willing to work in shifts
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

How does the training work?

Three years of theoretical and practical training

The practical training takes place in 2,500 hours in our clinic and in the long-term care area

The theoretical training of 2,100 hours is completed at our own medical vocational school in Leipzig

At the end of your training, you will take an oral, written and practical final examination, for which we will prepare you well over the three years
