Cleaning Foreman (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Cleaning Foreman (m/f/d) for our Heart Center in Leipzig.

• Create duty rosters: Substitute planning and organization of personnel deployment
• Adhere to budget requirements: Support in cost control and budget monitoring in a deputy function
• Coordinate materials management: Ordering, stock management and requirements planning in a deputy position
• Preparing and providing relevant data for payroll accounting in a deputy role
• Maintain customer contact: Process inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Carry out quality controls: Reviewing processes and results to ensure quality standards are met

• MS Office skills: Confident handling of common applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Employee management: Experience in guiding, motivating and supporting teams
• Appearance: Friendly and professional - even in challenging situations
• Building cleaning: Sound experience, ideally in the field of hospital cleaning
• Willingness to learn: Open to new requirements and processes within Helios Cleaning
