Foreman in maintenance cleaning (m/f/d) at Helios Klinikum Erfurt.
Professional supervision of maintenance and operating theater cleaning; monitoring of machines, equipment and materials
Implementation of quality standards and hygiene guidelines
Documentation and reporting
Monitoring and implementation of legal regulations, relevant guidelines and QM specifications
Support with personnel planning (duty rosters and monthly schedules)
Subordination: Directly subordinate and responsible to the site manager/property manager
Ideally you have experience in maintenance / basic cleaning
You have already worked as a foreman (m/f/d) and have experience in managing and supervising employees
You have a high level of motivation and are physically resilient
German language skills required
You are a team player, flexible and have a high level of commitment
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
