Team Leader (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering

For our location in Schwerin we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for Electrical Engineering, Control Center and Electromechanical Systems as soon as possible on a full-time and permanent basis.

Your tasks:

• Team management of the electrical engineering department (including duty planning, vacation planning, on-call service, coordination)
• Planning maintenance and servicing measures for buildings and technical systems with your own staff and external service providers
• Organization of building services tasks, taking into account business management and quality aspects
• Responsible for compliance with statutory inspections
• Monitoring compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations
• Obtaining and evaluating offers
• Cooperation with all departments of the hospital
• Maintaining the administration and maintenance software

What you need:

• Technical training in electrical and/or building services engineering with further training as a technician, master craftsman (master electrician) or comparable profession
• Professional experience in building services engineering
• Independent, success-oriented and service-oriented working style
• Team player and communicative
• Confident in MS Office
• Committed, correct and customer-friendly demeanor
• Willingness to undergo continuous professional development
