At the Helios Rhein-Ruhr Clinics - Huckingen site - we offer you a full-time or part-time position as a medical assistant for our Social Pediatric Center (m/f/d).

• Work in a multi-professional, cheerful team of specialized pediatricians, pediatric audiologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, social and curative educators
• Administrative admissions, such as patient admission and appointment allocation
• Assisting with examinations of our young patients
• Billing tasks with health insurance companies, the regional association and the city
• Regular interdisciplinary team meetings and flat hierarchies

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Organizational and communication skills as well as a friendly and unprejudiced approach to children and their families
• IT skills in the Office suite (especially Word, Outlook)
• Flexibility, resilience and an independent way of working
• Preferably also knowledge of Turkish, Arabic or another language spoken in our multicultural city
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Regulated working hours (Mondays to Fridays in core working hours between 7:30 and 17:00) with an attractive salary at standard market conditions
