Manager Internal Control System (ICS) (m/f/d)

full-time/part-time, based in Berlin.

• You will report to the Senior Manager ICS and the head of the Corporate Governance function and provide technical support in the establishment, further development and review of the ICS at Helios
• Together with the responsible specialist functions, you develop minimum controls for the relevant processes and roll these out across the management levels within Helios
• You advise employees on methodological issues relating to the ICS at Helios
• You support and independently carry out risk analyses in coordination with the Senior Manager ICS and evaluate relevant ICS adjustment requirements from audit findings
• You work together with other departments, e.g. ESG and Human Rights, on integration into the internal control system
• You provide operational support for the rollout and maintenance of the Group-wide ICS tool and advise the responsible persons on issues

• You have completed a university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on ICS, and already have experience in the area of ICS (preferably in healthcare companies, industry or an auditing or consulting firm)
• You have a strong understanding of internal controls and governance and the development of risk-based processes and measures
• You work independently and enjoy structuring and developing your own tasks, managing your own deadlines and solving challenges on your own initiative
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, can adapt quickly to new circumstances and maintain attention to detail even under pressure
• You find it easy to work with people and different hierarchical levels and you also have the desire to travel to implement topics on site in the units in Germany
• You are confident in speaking and writing English
