Head of the Central Emergency Department (m/f/d)

• Interesting and developable management role with a high degree of personal responsibility
• You will be responsible for planning, managing and leading the Central Emergency Department team
• Leading and promoting the employees who report directly to you in personal and professional terms
• Ensuring and further developing quality, structuring work processes
• Willingness to work shifts

• Completed training as a nurse or healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), specialist training in emergency care should be completed
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience and possibly also management experience in this area
• We require creativity and resilience, combined with strong organizational and planning skills
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with our patients and employees is just as natural for you as initiative and a sense of responsibility in your work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
