We are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager of the Central Emergency Department (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

• Interesting and developable management role with a high degree of personal responsibility
• You will be responsible for planning, managing and leading the Central Emergency Department team
• Leading and promoting the employees who report directly to you in personal and professional terms
• Ensuring and further developing quality, structuring work processes
• Willingness to work shifts

• Completed training as a nursing specialist / health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Completed specialist training in emergency care
• You have several years of professional experience in a managerial position, as well as knowledge in the corresponding field of activity, as well as experience as deputy and/or ward manager in the corresponding field of activity
• Proven leadership skills coupled with the ability to motivate and promote employees in order to ensure a strong team culture
• We expect creativity and resilience, combined with strong organizational and planning skills
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with our patients and employees is just as natural for you as initiative and a sense of responsibility in your work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
