For our location in Cologne we are looking for a Technician (m/f/d) Heating / Ventilation / Air Conditioning as soon as possible on a full-time and permanent basis.

Your tasks:

• Work to ensure the functional and operational safety of the building services and their optimization
• Maintenance and repair work
• Instruction and support of external companies
• Carrying out and monitoring legally required inspections
• Troubleshooting technical systems and equipment
• Modernization and conversion of technical systems
• Cross-trade activities after appropriate instruction or training
• Participation in on-call duty (approx. every six weeks)

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a HVAC plant mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience and tried and tested knowledge in the areas of heating and ventilation technology or refrigeration technology desirable
• VDI 6022 certificate of competence is an advantage or willingness to learn it
• Confident handling of MS Office packages and CAFM systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team as well as a high degree of self-organization
• German language skills C1 and work permit in the European Union
• Interest in further qualifications
