We are the Cross Functional Services team at Fresenius Digital Technology.

Our Mission: We enable efficient work and strategic decision making within Global Infrastructure. We improve efficiency & collaboration across GI Towers by facilitating, supporting, driving and measuring cross tower processes and offering cross tower services.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) with focus on Real Estate. Ready for new horizons? Welcome to Fresenius!

Your assignments

Manage the IT components of new development, renovation, or relocation projects, including network infrastructure, data cabling, and building connectivity
Oversee the implementation and customization of Real Estate Management Systems in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance practices are embedded in all real estate technology deployments
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal IT and Real Estate teams during system rollout, commissioning, and ongoing support phases

Your profile

Academic background or comparable professional experience
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in leading IT Projects in an international business environment, including at least 2 years focusing on IT-related projects within the real estate, construction, facility management or infrastructure domains
Experience in project management as well as outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
Experience in cross-functional stakeholder coordination, including IT, facility management, real estate teams, external vendors, and construction/project partners
Expertise in management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA or similar
Preferred certification: PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile or similar
Excellent communication skills in German and English
