HR expert for working time management (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join our HR department in Schwerin as HR Expert for Working Time Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for the administration of the duty roster system, including user administration and standard configurations as well as close cooperation with the duty roster provider to ensure the correct calculation of collective agreement and company specifications
• You are actively involved in the further development of the existing systems (e.g. advancing standardization, creating and using application aids) and are responsible for maintaining the interface to the LOGA payroll accounting program
• You will be the point of contact for managers and employees when developing working time models, designing duty rosters and dealing with issues relating to working time legislation
• You create monthly evaluations in connection with duty scheduling for further use in payroll accounting
• You monitor the existing working time models with regard to compliance with working time regulations, performance development, efficiency and qualitative staffing levels
• You implement the various company agreements in the SAP duty roster program
• You actively train the users.

• Sound experience in hospital operations - ideally from the medical-nursing, functional diagnostics or medical technology assistant field

• You are very familiar with clinical processes and duty scheduling
• Good written and spoken German skills
• At least a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Ability to work in a team and precise and reliable interdisciplinary working methods
• Understanding of nursing and education, as well as an interest in current events in the healthcare sector in general
• Strong organizational and planning skills as well as good IT skills (Word, Excel, SAP)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
