At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as an Employee (m/f/d) Medical Controlling in the Quality department.

• As part of our central "Quality" cluster team, you will play a key role in the processing of structural and quality audits at our hospital sites

• Independent coordination and processing of audit procedures in accordance with the LOPS-RL and the MD-QK-RL
• Regular review of relevant data to ensure standards and requirements are met
• Conducting and documenting internal audits ("stress tests") and ensuring proper documentation, including monitoring deadlines
• Sending reporting documents to external bodies in accordance with the LOPS Directive and G-BA guidelines
• Training the contact persons in the clinics
• Prospective: Participation in external quality assurance and the quality report
• Representation in the cluster team and participation in cross-team tasks

• Completed studies or completed training in healthcare, administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in medical controlling and/or quality management and sound knowledge of structural and quality audits
• Careful, structured and independent way of working and confident handling of MS Office, ideally also with digital tools for data and deadline management
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and an engaging manner
• Willingness to collaborate across locations and to travel occasionally (e.g. to accompany audits on site)
• Motivation to actively help shape the new area of structural and quality audits
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
