At the earliest possible date we are looking for you for our Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund as a

Primary Nurse (m/f/d)

• As a qualified nurse, you will be responsible for the quality of care provided to patients during their entire clinical stay
• You will be responsible for care planning, organization, care and continuous monitoring for patients in need of high levels of care
• You ensure quality on the ward during the day shift
• You plan, organize and document our patients' care measures and accompany care visits
• You are the first point of contact for our patients, their relatives and accompanying persons
• You create procedural standards and support projects

• Successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• You have sound knowledge of nursing care
• You have a character characterized by commitment, reliability and a high degree of team spirit
• You are characterized by a high level of social competence and an exceptional sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
