At the earliest possible date, our Central Emergency Department team is looking for you as Acting Deputy Head (m/f/d) for a full-time absence replacement.

• Support the management in the technical and organizational management of the team
• Supporting employees in the training of specialist skills
• Treatment care of the patients
• Further development, monitoring and compliance with the applicable care standards together with the ward manager
• Duty planning for the ZNA staff
• Absence management in collaboration with the management
• Preparing, monitoring, carrying out and assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic measures
• Participation in the 3-shift system

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• A high level of social competence, process-oriented thinking and the ability to work in a team
• Empathic and understanding interaction with patients and their relatives
• Legally required immunization against measles

• In addition to annual leave (30 days), you will receive 10 working time reduction days
