For our clinic at the Berlin-Buch site , we are looking for a Stellv. Head of Department at ZOP/ Head of Anesthesia Nursing (m/f/d)

• Support and representation of the department management
• Assumption of responsibility for the entire surgical area in the absence of the department management
• Ensuring smooth OR operations in close cooperation with the OR steering group
• Personnel responsibility, organisation and deployment planning of the nursing and functional service in the anaesthesia sector
• Ensuring quality from a technical, legal and economic point of view
• Presentation of the entire ZOP internally and externally and participation in the implementation of the company's goals

• Completed training in health care and nursing incl. completed specialist training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of anaesthesia with management responsibility
• Motivating and solution-oriented leadership style as well as organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication skills and an economic mindset
• Knowledge of management, process optimization and quality management
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
