For our clinic at the Berlin-Buch site, we are looking for aDeputy Head of Department in the ZOP / Head of Anesthesia Care (m/f/d) as of 01.02.2026

• Support and representation of the department management
• Assume responsibility for the entire OR area in the absence of the department head
• Ensuring smooth OR operations in close cooperation with the OR control group
• Personnel responsibility, organization and deployment planning of the nursing and functional service in the anesthesia area
• Ensuring quality under professional, legal and economic aspects
• Presenting the entire ZOP internally and externally and contributing to the implementation of corporate goals

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing including completed specialist further training
• Several years of professional experience in anesthesia with management responsibility
• Motivating and solution-oriented management style as well as organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication skills and an economic mindset
• Knowledge of management, process optimization and quality management
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
