Manager Strategic Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement for our team! Become part of our Strategic Finance & Controlling department and support us in the further development of our financial processes and systems. In this position, you will be involved in various projects, in particular the introduction of SAP S/4HANA processes and the optimization of our controlling and finance structures. You will work with global and local teams to increase efficiency and establish new processes.

Your tasks

• As part of a global project team, you will support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and the optimization of processes in the Corporate area, thus contributing to the optimization and automation of business processes.

• You will skillfully contribute your experience to Corporate Cost Controlling and Functional Controlling at local and global level. This includes in particular the preparation of forecasts and budgets as well as plan/actual analyses.

• You will also be responsible for supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.

• You will create and maintain process documentation to ensure the quality and traceability of financial processes.

• You will also be responsible for the ongoing support of the SAP-based information system.

• You will also support other projects and carry out ad-hoc analyses.

Your profile

• Above-average degree with a Master's degree in economics with a focus on controlling, finance or IT.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling in a globally active group, preferably supplemented by international professional stays.

• Experience in working on major global projects.

• Sound knowledge of controlling and IT processes, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as experience with data maintenance and data extraction in SAP.

• Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and other relevant systems and tools (e.g. databases).

• Initial knowledge of artificial intelligence.

• Excellent communication skills in business fluent German and English.

• High level of self-motivation, strong willingness to take responsibility, enjoy working in a team and the ability to work effectively even in challenging situations.
