Junior HR Project Manager

As a Junior Manager HR Projects (m/f/d), you support and coordinate a variety of international HR initiatives at Fresenius Kabi. Working closely with the HR leadership team of Fresenius Kabi, you contribute to project planning, effective execution and clear communication across diverse HR topics.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the HR leadership team in multinational HR projects, including leading subprojects or smaller project streams

• Contributing to the conceptual development of project content and preparing stakeholder alignments

• Performing core project and process management activities (in German & English language), including project planning, risk identification, documentation, meeting preparation and milestone or timeline tracking

• Creating presentations, reports and decision materials, and consolidating stakeholder feedback

• Managing and analyzing HR data from various internal and external sources

• Preparing and executing project-related communication and supporting change management activities

• Documenting and optimizing processes, maintaining templates and standards

• Coordinating project meetings and managing project structures (e.g., folder systems, access rights, SharePoint sites)

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a comparable field

• Experience with project and process management, experience in the fileld of HR being a plus (e.g. through internships)

• Strong IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• Ideally first exposure to HR topics such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Engagement or Organizational Design

• Structured, detail-oriented and analytical working style

• Very good German and English skills combined with strong communication abilities, a high service orientation and a strong willingness to learn

• Proactive, flexible and independent working style in dynamic environments

• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
