Digitalization Leadership:

• Oversee innovative digitalization initiatives in the Accounting and Controlling domain, ensuring the successful execution of corresponding projects
• Navigate changes effectively, ensuring smooth integration that aligns seamlessly with business requirements
• Showcase a deep understanding of business processes, integrating business insights with cutting-edge IT solutions

Team Empowerment:

• Foster a dynamic and motivating work environment within a fast-paced setting, inspiring both team members and the broader organization
• Spearhead the development and coordination of Reports & Dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SAP SAC, AfO, and others
• Facilitate effective requirement management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across diverse stakeholders

Effective Governance and Collaboration:

• Implement governance over SAP SEM BCS and corresponding process chains
• Lead governance efforts for PRS and ELT
• Collaborate closely with various departments, partnering with department heads to develop impactful digital solutions and initiatives with a strong return on investment

Leadership Excellence:

• Establish a visible track record as a proactive leader of projects, delivering tangible success
• Provide engaging training sessions for both the community and the team

ERP Expertise and Transition Management:

• Demonstrate mastery of ERP SAP modules and skillfully manage the S4 transition, representing and championing ideas and requirements defined by D&S Management

Security and Compliance Stewardship:

• Oversee tasks related to Compliance, Cyber Security, and ITGC, ensuring a secure and compliant digital landscape

Proactive Analysis and Special Initiatives:

• Conduct ad hoc performance analyses of dash responsiveness
• Lead taskforces for the implementation of new dashboards and management requirements

Backup Management Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the IT team for effective 'Backup' management

• Distinguished Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering/Computing or Computer Science
• 8 years+ experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven expertise in SAP, specifically in SAP SEM BCS, SAP SAC, and MS Power BI, with a focus on end-to-end data processes
• General skills in the digitalization domain: agile work, low code tools, RPA, AI
• Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication skills
• Strong business acumen and the ability to seamlessly integrate IT solutions into existing processes
• Experience in change and requirement management, with a track record of successful implementation
• Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art business processes and a deep understanding of controlling and accounting requirements
• Experience with practices like Transfer Price Reporting, Intercompany Profit Elimination, forecasting, and budgeting is beneficial
• S4 HANA integration project experience within a large-sized corporation
• Familiarity with SAP PaPM, MS SharePoint, and experience in managing S4 transition
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Access, VBA, SQL, and general programming skills
