Working student (m/f/d) Customer Service

Would you like to gain practical experience in dealing with customer inquiries within the Fresenius Group? During your assignment, you will have the opportunity to get to know a wide range of activities. Your challenge in detail

• During your assignment, you will support the team in responding to customer enquiries

• You will also be involved in order entry and creation

• What's more, you will be responsible for processing returns, complaints and overdue deliveries

• You will also be responsible for creating documentation in the O365 environment

Your expertise is in demand

• Currently studying full-time in the field of business administration or a similar course of study

• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills

• Structured, reliable way of working

• Confident handling of MS Office

• Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
