Helios Fachklinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for an educator or socio-educational assistant (m/f/d) for our daycare center SchleiKids, full-time/part-time, temporary according to §14 Abs. 2 TzBfG as a sick leave replacement, at the earliest possible date

• Accompanying and supporting the children in all areas of education on the basis of their respective level of development, taking into account their strengths and resources
• Cooperation with parents; conducting parent-teacher conferences and parents' evenings
• Ensuring compliance with legal principles and applicable regulations
• Educational supervision of the children
• Conducting development discussions with parents (m/f/d)

• Completed training as an educator or social pedagogical assistant (m/f/d)
• Empathy, appreciative communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm, creativity
• Experience and enjoyment of working with children, reliability, empathy and love of the job
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
