HR Business Lead (m/f/d)

For our HR organization at Helios, we are looking for you as a full-time HR Business Lead / Head of HR Business Partner (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

In this key role, you will shape the strategic and operational development of our HR organization, drive transformation projects and work closely with our leadership teams to successfully implement HR initiatives.

• You will design HR strategies and target operating models, translate corporate goals into efficient structures and advise management teams at eye level on all HR-related topics - from HR planning and change management to organizational development.
• They identify key positions and high potentials, develop targeted succession and development programs and coach managers to lead and develop their teams effectively.
• They design and support transformation projects such as reorganizations, digitalization projects or new management models - and ensure that changes are implemented sustainably and successfully.
• They evaluate HR key figures, identify optimization potential in processes, structures and roles and derive concrete, evidence-based recommendations for action that create measurable added value.
• You will be responsible for HR projects from conception to implementation, optimize existing processes, further develop tools and methods and contribute innovative ideas to make HR work modern, efficient and future-oriented.
• You will work wherever your tasks require and actively support managers in the implementation of HR strategies - both on site and flexibly as part of home or flexwork.

• You have a degree in business psychology, business administration, HR management, social sciences or a comparable field.
• You have several years of experience in senior HR roles, ideally with a focus on HR strategy, organizational development, change management and talent management.
• You have strong leadership skills, including managing HR teams and steering cross-functional projects.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills and a confident manner at all management levels.
• You think analytically and entrepreneurially, make data-based decisions and take responsibility for complex problems.
• You drive HR innovations, continuously develop processes and tools and actively shape the further development of the HR organization.
