The HSK Flexpool for nursing specialists offers all the advantages of a secure employment under the TVÖD collective agreement, combined with a high degree of self-determined flexibility and a very attractive salary. You decide on one of the 4 pool groups (1. pediatric intensive care unit, neonatology, pediatric emergency room 2. general pediatric wards, maternity wards 3. intensive care units, central emergency room, stroke unit 4. normal wards) and choose between various options for desired working hours and independent working hours. the remuneration is provided with bonuses of up to 1000 € in addition to a higher classification.

Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

for the pool groups

1. pediatric intensive care unit, neonatology, pediatric emergency room

2. general pediatric wards, maternity wards

3. intensive care units, central emergency room, stroke unit

4. normal wards

You will be deployed flexibly according to a 3-month duty rota on the wards of the respective pool group

You will work on an interdisciplinary basis in our multi-professional teams at eye level in one of the most modern clinics in Germany

You will be responsible for providing evidence-based, guideline-based and professional patient care using nursing assessments, risk assessments, care planning, nursing rounds and fully digital ePA-supported nursing documentation

You focus on the highest quality of care within the nursing process and communicate in an empathetic, appreciative, professional and situational manner

Successfully completed training as a nursing specialist

Relevant professional experience in the future area of work (pool group)

High resilience and a high understanding of quality

You see yourself as part of the multi-professional team and have a distinctly independent and structured way of working

Empathy, professional communication skills and enthusiasm

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Very attractive remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement with a company pension scheme
