Senior Manager Accounting Master Data Management (m/f/d)

We are growing in the area of Accounting and are looking for a Global Process Owner for Master Data Management to join our team. In this exciting position, you will actively contribute to redefining the accounting processes of the entire Fresenius Group as part of the ELEVATE project. ELEVATE is a business-driven, IT-supported transition to SAP S/4HANA and involves a large amount of change and harmonization due to the current structure of the Group. ELEVATE is currently in the build and test phase, followed by the rollout phase and will last at least until 2030. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the central accounting master data of our company (e.g. chart of accounts, profit center, cost center and reporting structures). You will design a global competence center and act as the central interface (network captain) for all accounting-relevant master data processes.

Your tasks

• Central master data management including process design and harmonization

• Ensuring an end-to-end view of the processes

• Exercising global governance and defining the task split between central and regional units

• Integrative process and interface management with the relevant functions (e.g. Accounting, Controlling & IT)

• Optimization of SAP S/4HANA reporting processes

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

• Development and monitoring of KPIs for process performance

Your profile

• Degree in business administration or comparable qualification

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment (GMP)

• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and accounting master data

• Strong analytical skills and structured way of working

• Confident in MS Office, very good German and English skills

• Ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
