In this exciting position in the Employee Life Cycle Management team, you will be an important part of our Group Human Resources department. As a team member, you will be responsible for actively supporting the entire employee life cycle, from contract creation to offboarding.
Carrying out essential HR transactions in the Employee Life Cycle, including the creation of employment contracts for tariff, non-tariff and executive employees, support in the onboarding process and handling the offboarding process, while ensuring maximum quality standards are maintained.
Preparation of salary letters (e.g. pay scale leaps, regrouping) and confirmation letters for personnel measures (e.g. transfers, promotions, parental leave, termination, expiry of probationary period, change in working hours, teleworking, secondary employment).
Preparation of termination agreements according to specifications.
Initiating and finalizing interim and final references using the reference generator.
Supporting the annual salary review of non-tariff employees, including monitoring target variables and income regulations.
Managing and maintaining the reporting of various administrative HR processes.
Strict data management, especially with regard to employee data and its consistency in the HR systems.
Cooperation with internal committees (works council, spokesperson committee) and ensuring compliance with participation rights in accordance with BetrVG and SprAG.
Contact person for recurring inquiries from employees and internal interfaces (e.g. managers, recruiting, remuneration management) on HR-related topics.
Collaboration on projects, special topics and reorganizations, continuous improvement of HR processes and support of the department in the induction of new employees as well as the supervision of students and trainees.
Successfully completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training as an HR specialist, alternatively a successfully completed degree in a functionally relevant subject
At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the HR department of an international company
Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High IT affinity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new HR data processing IT systems
Understanding of all complex operational and strategic HR processes and procedures
Operational knowledge of labor law (individual and collective labor law) as well as very good knowledge of current company regulations and (company) agreements, ideally supplemented by knowledge of social security law
Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills in business fluent German and English, reliability, flexibility and a proactive approach to work
Passion for continuous process improvement and the optimization of routine tasks
