Ihre Aufgabe
- Benchmarking, Maßnahmenentwicklung und Dienstleistungen im Bereich Energiemanagement und Nachhaltigkeit
- Erfassung und Einbindung des aktuellen Wissenschaftsstandes in der Gebäudeleittechnik und der Energieerzeugung/-umwandlung /-verteilung
- Übernahme und Weiterführung der ISO-Zertifizierung sowie Gestaltung und Aufbau eines Qualitätssicherungssystems
- Erarbeitung und Etablierung von technischen Standards unter Einbeziehung fachlicher, ökonomischer und ökologischer Aspekte
- Terminplanung, Kostenkontrolle, Montageüberwachung und Inbetriebnahme im gesamten Technikbereich inklusive Nachverfolgung und Konsolidierung der technischen Berichte
- Management von Projektaktivitäten vom Konzept über das Engineering bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung
- Technische Leitung größerer Projekte sowie Ansprechpartner für unsere Zulieferer
- Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz und Reduzierung der CO2-Emissionen
- Ausschreibung und Optimierung des Energieeinkaufs sowie Unterstützung der jährlichen Energieplanung
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieuerwesen-Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Energietechnik, Prozessmanagement oder entsprechende technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sowie im Energiemanagement und Nachhaltigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke, Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie Fähigkeit zum strukturierten Arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit
