To strengthen our team at the Freital site, we are now looking for award manager in the emergency outpatient department (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for emergency care and continuous monitoring of patients from all specialist areas
• Management and motivation of the team through regular meetings, staff appraisals and targeted staff development as well as close cooperation with the professional groups involved in treatment and the nursing service
• Planning and organizing duty rosters, vacation arrangements and training and further education measures
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hospital-specific requirements
• Coordination and cooperation with the emergency services to ensure smooth emergency care

State professional license as a healthcare and nursing professional

Several years of experience in the emergency department and ideally management experience

Additional qualification in emergency care (DKG) or willingness to undergo corresponding further training

Completed training as a ward manager or interest in an extra-occupational qualification

High level of professional and social competence as well as team spirit and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment

Quick comprehension, high mental and physical resilience and the ability to act flexibly and independently
