Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing at the Leipzig Heart Center, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a health and nursing professional, nurse, geriatric nurse,

Nursing specialist or nursing assistant (m/f/d) in the function of consultant in the Nursing Directorate

• Preparation of decision bases including the creation of meaningful presentations, reports and templates to support the strategic decisions of the nursing management.
• Analyzing and interpreting key nursing figures and deriving comprehensible recommendations for action to continuously improve processes and structures.
• Support and coordination of strategically relevant nursing projects, e.g. in the areas of personnel development, digitalization or nursing process management, including active participation in implementation.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, status reports and risk assessments as well as monitoring project progress in close coordination with the departments involved.
• Planning, organization and follow-up of meetings, workshops and coordination formats of the nursing management and ensuring smooth interdisciplinary communication.
• Managing appointments and processes as well as creating and processing correspondence, documentation and information material to support the operational work of the Nursing Directorate.

• You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), ideally with a bachelor's/master's degree.
• You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of nursing/health sciences, nursing education or nursing management
• You have several years of professional experience in a nursing/clinical context and have knowledge of project or quality management
• You have very good MS Office skills and can work confidently with digital tools
• Your strengths include communication and organizational skills and you are characterized by initiative, a sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Experience in concept and strategy development as well as experience in working with management levels is desirable
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
