At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you to join the Nursing Controlling department at Helios Kliniken Schwerin.

Implementation, monitoring and processing of legally required reports, e.g. in accordance with PpUGV (Nursing Staff Sub-Limits Ordinance) - InEK, PPBV (Nursing Staff Assessment Ordinance), PPP-RL (Psychiatry and Psychosomatics Staffing Directive)

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the area of nursing care

Assisting with the preparation and compilation of care budget documents

Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of audits with a focus on nursing staff

Identification and analysis of inefficient processes (e.g. duplicate documentation) and development of optimization proposals

Collecting, evaluating and maintaining relevant data on nursing documentation, staff deployment, case numbers and costs

Application and analysis of nursing quality indicators (e.g. nursing effort per patient, length of stay, nursing degrees, decubitus rate, fall rate)

Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

A degree in nursing management, health economics, business administration or a comparable qualification is desirable

Ideally initial professional experience in care controlling

Sound IT skills, particularly in MS Office (especially Excel)

Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers

High level of communication and teamwork skills

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
