At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you to join the Nursing Controlling department at Helios Kliniken Schwerin.

• Implementation, monitoring and processing of legally required reports, e.g. in accordance with PpUGV (Nursing Staff Sub-Limits Ordinance) - InEK, PPBV (Nursing Staff Assessment Ordinance), PPP-RL (Psychiatry and Psychosomatics Staffing Directive)
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the area of nursing care
• Assisting with the preparation and compilation of care budget documents
• Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of audits with a focus on nursing staff
• Identification and analysis of inefficient processes (e.g. duplicate documentation) and development of optimization proposals
• Collecting, evaluating and maintaining relevant data on nursing documentation, staff deployment, case numbers and costs
• Application and analysis of nursing quality indicators (e.g. nursing effort per patient, length of stay, nursing degrees, decubitus rate, fall rate)

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• A degree in nursing management, health economics, business administration or a comparable qualification is desirable
• Ideally initial professional experience in care controlling
• Sound IT skills, particularly in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers
• High level of communication and teamwork skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
