As soon as possible, we are looking for exactly you: Employee Nursing Directorate Area Nursing Controlling (m/f/d) at Helios Kliniken Schwerin.

• Implementation, monitoring and preparation of legally required reports, e.g. in accordance with PpUGV (Nursing Staff Lower Limits Ordinance) – InEK, PPBV (Nursing Staff Assessment Ordinance), PPP-RL (Staffing Psychiatry and Psychosomatics Directive)
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the field of care
• Participation in the preparation and compilation of care budget documents
• Preparation, support and follow-up of examinations with a focus on nursing staff
• Identification and analysis of inefficient processes (e.g. duplicate documentation) as well as development of optimization proposals
• Collection, evaluation and maintenance of relevant data on nursing documentation, personnel deployment, case numbers and costs
• Application and analysis of nursing quality indicators (e.g. care expenditure per patient, length of stay, care levels, pressure ulcer rate, fall rate)

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• A degree in nursing management, health economics, business administration or a comparable qualification is desirable
• Ideally, first professional experience in nursing controlling
• Sound IT skills, especially in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical thinking skills and high affinity for numbers
• High level of communication and teamwork skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
