Identity Program Lead (IGA, IAM) (m/f/d)

As Identity Program Lead (m/f/d), you will be responsible for Fresenius' IGA solution, working with architects, application owners, service providers and vendors to design, specify and implement our IGA solution that meets the organization's business needs and is aligned and consistent with the organization's IT and IT Security strategies and plans.

Your assignments

• Serve as the central point of contact for Identity Governance Administration (IGA), ensuring adherence to defined processes, policies, and information security requirements.

• Manage the overall IGA program and develop actively the story of myFreseniusID.

• Provide operational and strategic support, collaborating with Fresenius Business Segments, group IT, and external providers.

• Engage throughout the solutions delivery lifecycle, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, product vendors and managed service providers.

• Initiate, plan, and coordinate measures to analyze or enhance value creation, maintaining operational performance of systems, including our IGA platform SailPoint.

• Demonstrate expertise in all SailPoint modules, including request & approval, provisioning & deprovisioning, password management, certification, and overall application onboarding.

Your profile

• 10+ years of overall experience designing, building, configuring and implementing IGA platforms (specifically SailPoint).

• 5+ Experience interpreting architecture, designs and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses and geographies.

• 5+ years integrating applications and business services with IAM solutions like SailPoint, Okta or PAM solutions like CyberArk or BeyondTrust.

• Expert level knowledge of IAM lifecycle, including but not limited to, request & approval, provisioning, certification, authentication & authorization, privileged access management, RBAC & ABAC.

• A security industry certification is preferred including but not limited to CISSP, CISM, Security+ or IAM Product certifications.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions.

• Very good communication skills to discuss relevant security topics internally and externally in English and German.
