For our dynamic and committed Intensive and Intermediate Care team at the Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinics in Wiesbaden, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a full-time

Central Practice Instructor (m/f/d)

• Support, advice, guidance and supervision of trainees, nursing staff in recognition (m/f/d), new employees and participants in specialist training in interdisciplinary intensive medical care
• Ensuring and further developing the vocational education concept in close coordination with the nursing management and the educational institute
• Establishing nursing science findings in practical training and everyday ward life
• Organization, assumption and implementation of practical training in accordance with legal requirements as well as preparation, implementation and participation in examinations
• Designing projects, processes and structures to improve the quality of training

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) with extensive experience in the field of intensive care medicine
• Completed vocational training in practical instruction with proof of annual 24-hour mandatory training
• Ideally completed specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia
• Experience in practical instruction and practical training, preferably in the field of intensive care medicine
• A high degree of empathy, social competence and didactic skills
• Enthusiasm for imparting practical and theoretical knowledge about nursing
• Creative ideas and own ideas for the further development of practical instruction under the changing legal conditions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
