Your tasks:

• Evaluate technical documents for new construction projects and process and import them into the facility management system for data transfer
• Checking and processing existing system data from existing systems
• Requesting maintenance contracts for new and existing facilities in coordination with the facility managers
• Assisting with the establishment and further development of the facility management system after appropriate training and qualification
• Supporting users with application questions and their administration

What you have to offer:

• Successfully completed technical studies, alternatively state-certified technician or master craftsman with professional experience
• Sound experience of CAFM systems (HSD NOVA an advantage) and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong skills in structured and systematic work
• Knowledge of facility management processes, operator obligations and the preparation of technical documentation would be desirable
• Confident communication skills and business fluent in written and spoken German
