Your tasks:

• Assumption of project / system responsibility in your area
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work, as well as ensuring the proper functioning/availability of technical systems and operational safety
• Employee management, control of personnel deployment and ensuring employee qualifications
• Technical and economic tasks in the field of technical facility management
• Budget controlling and reporting for the area for which you are responsible
• Project management with regard to compliance with quality, costs and deadlines
• Planning, controlling and implementing technical and organizational process optimizations
• Organizational development in the area of technical facility management (CAFM)
• Development and establishment of quality and CAFM standards

What you have to offer:

• Successfully completed technical studies, technical master craftsman (m/f/d) or comparable technical training with appropriate further training
• Professional experience in a comparable position as well as experience in dealing with external companies and building and operational technology systems
• Previous knowledge of the healthcare/hospital sector and CAFM is desirable
• Specialist knowledge in the field of sanitary and drinking water supply
• Knowledge and experience of FM-typical regulations (e.g. DIN standards or VOB) and GEFMA principles are an advantage
• Interest in business management thinking and knowledge of project management/change management
• Good PC skills and general application programs (e.g. MS Office), as well as knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g. HSD Nova FM)
• Class B driving license and business fluent written and spoken German
