Carrying out quality control tests on medicinal products and medical devices in a routine release laboratory. The products manufactured at the Friedberg site are infusion and rinsing solutions
Independent and timely performance of wet chemical analyses according to pharmacopoeia monographs and internal test specifications, e.g. identity test, titrations, polarimetry, flame photometry and others
Handling and operating analytical equipment in the laboratory
Evaluation of analysis results using spreadsheets
Safe handling in a GMP environment, i.e. compliance with work instructions and general GMP rules
Precise documentation of all steps of the test procedure and preparation of test reports, both handwritten and electronic
General activities to maintain the operation of a routine laboratory
Participation in the processing of incidents and deviations
Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, CTA, PTA or comparable qualification
Analytical expertise, e.g. experience in analytical methods such as titrations, UV-VIS spectroscopy, flame photometry, wet chemical tests according to pharmacopoeia
PC skills for device control
Good knowledge of MS Office
GMP knowledge and experience with SAP or LIMS systems an advantage
Experience in the validation of test methods and qualification of analytical devices is an advantage
Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
Independent and reliable way of working
Ability to work under pressure and in a team
