At theearliest possible date, we are looking for you for the Helios Klinik Sangerhausen site as a full-time employee in the area of MD procedures in medical controlling (m/f/d). The work can be carried out across locations - close coordination with the facilities supported is essential

• Independent examination and evaluation of MD reports with regard to their medical and formal plausibility
• Drafting well-founded objections to incomprehensible MD reports
• Independently conducting discussion procedures and negotiations with health insurance companies
• Communication and coordination with doctors and the coding department to optimize documentation and billing quality
• Reflecting the findings of the reports to the specialist departments for continuous improvement
• Analysis of results and regular reporting to the medical controlling department and hospital management

• Completed medical training or studies with several years of professional experience in a clinical environment
• Very good knowledge of the G-DRG system and the applicable coding and billing rules
• Strong medical expertise and the ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner
• Confident negotiation skills, convincing communication skills and the ability to work in a team - especially in exchanges with payers and in cross-location cooperation
• A high level of personal responsibility, goal orientation and an efficient, structured way of working
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
