To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Ward Manager for Geriatrics (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

• Assumption of responsibility for management tasks and contact person for colleagues on the ward

• Professional planning and implementation of care and support for our patients, taking into account the agreed care concept
• Ensuring and further developing quality, staff management and staff motivation as well as structuring work processes
• Designing staff deployment planning and editing the duty roster
• Documenting and recording the care process by taking a nursing history, creating an individual care plan and reviewing and adapting it, as well as documenting all services
• Other nursing tasks

• Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in a hospital in a comparable position as well as experience as a ward manager or deputy ward manager is desirable
• Completion of the further training course "Management of a ward/area" or comparable further training is desirable
• High organizational and planning skills
• You have a friendly and empathetic approach to colleagues, patients and their relatives and have the ability to work cooperatively in a team and with other departments
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
• At least proof of B2 certificate
