As the Director – Change & Communication and Training & Enablement – you will play a pivotal role in delivering our large-scale global OneCRM initiative, known as PULSE, built on the Salesforce platform. You will lead and empower a diverse team of experts responsible for driving change management, communication, training, enablement, and program governance across the program.
Your role is central to ensuring a successful and sustainable transformation of CRM capabilities throughout the organization. Close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Integration Leads (e.g., MuleSoft), and IT stakeholders is essential. You will be accountable for delivering the transformation in a people-centric and future-proof manner.
This position requires outstanding people management skills, a hands-on mindset, and a proactive approach.
Leadership of the Change & Communication and Training & Enablement Team: Setting clear direction, enabling growth through continuous support, and inspiring motivation with purposeful challenges.
Mentorship: Empowering team members through guidance and support, driving their technical and personal development, and cultivating a culture of trust and continuous learning.
Developing and implementing CRM transformation strategies: Contribute to the creation and execution of the OneCRM target picture, vision, and success KPIs, ensuring change, communication, training, and governance efforts are aligned with strategic goals
Driving Change Management and Communication: Oversee the design and execution of the change and communication stream to support stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption across all CRM modules and business units
Managing Training and Enablement: Ensure the development and delivery of effective training programs and enablement materials via the training & enablement stream tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, supporting successful onboarding and long-term system usage
Performing appropriate Program Management: Support PMO activities including planning, tracking, and reporting across the CRM transformation.
Working with other departments: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, and IT teams across business units, regions, and countries to ensure consistency and effectiveness of CRM-related change and training processes
Providing strategic and operational guidance: Lead decision-making across change, communication and training functions to craft robust and scalable approaches that effectively address diverse business needs
University Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Communication) or equivalent experience
At least 10 years of professional experience in Pharma/ Life Science industries or Consulting, with a focus on transformation, change management, communications, training or program leadership
Leadership skills: Ability to guide and influence teams to achieve CRM goals
Project management skills: Experience in managing CRM projects, including change, communication, training and rollout
Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, as well as process and system issues.
Experienced in the coordination and management of commercial initiatives (sales, marketing, service) across multiple countries and business divisions within a multinational company
Experience in Change Management and training design and enablement across global organizations
Knowledge of Salesforce platform: Familiarity with various Salesforce modules platforms and their features and proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant communication and learning management tools
A Salesforce certification and/or Project management certifications is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally (moderate travel requirement)
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills: Effective written and verbal communication for interacting with various teams and stakeholders in English and German as well as independent, process- and result-oriented way of working
