Ihre Aufgabe
Projektleitung und Planung:
- Teilprojektleitung für Implementierung der globalen Plant Maintenance (CMMS) Anwendung bei internationalen Fresenius Kabi Standorten
- Definition und Terminierung von Projektmeilensteinen, konsequente Umsetzung durch bedarfsorientiertes und teamübergreifendes Ressourcenmanagement
- Planung des globalen und lokalen Ressourcenbedarfs, Koordination der Projektressourcen für rechtzeitige Erreichung der Meilensteine
Workshops und Koordination:
- Leitung standortübergreifender Workshops zur Konzeption des Projektplans
- Priorisierung und Koordination von Umsetzungsaktivitäten
- Management von Nutzeranforderungen, Priorisierung und Koordination der zeitgerechten Erstellung von technischen Lösungen mit internen und externen Ressourcen
Projektmanagement und Risikomanagement:
- Erstellung und Verfolgung von Projektplänen in globaler Projektmanagementsoftware
- Identifizierung von Projektrisiken, Eskalation und Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
- Projektmanagement von SAP Integrationsprojekten an Kabi Standorten
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets mit erster praktischer Erfahrung in den Bereichen IT in der Fertigung, Anlagenwartung oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten von Vorteil
- Vertraut mit Konzepten und Prinzipien der Geschäftsprozessgestaltung mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0
- GMP, GAMP, CSV Kenntnisse
- Fähigkeit zur Leitung internationaler funktionsübergreifender Projektteams in einer Matrixorganisation
- Unabhängig, prozess- und proaktiver Arbeitsstil gepaart mit gutem Konflikt- und Schnittstellenmanagement
- Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenzen, ausgezeichnetes Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Aufgabenstellungen zu analysieren und zu koordinieren
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch oder andere Sprachen wären von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zu (begrenzten) Reisen zur Teilnahme an Workshops an internationalen Standorten
